Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based on this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

The Relationship Manager will accept responsibility for the relationship management of key clients and partners in Dubai. The main aim will be to expand the company's market share in the UAE.

This includes new client acquisition, client-related administration, account opening, and existing client retention efforts as part of the group's business development unit. The candidate will be directly responsible for relationship management (which can be slightly technical) and sales.

Responsibilities:

· Ability to generate and convert leads to accounts

· On-board new clients and achieve the company’s targets

· Ensure client satisfaction by providing quality support and service

· Manage clients' requests by Coordinating with different departments

· Acquisition of HNWI and retail customers through Proactive research

· Work closely with the business development team to enhance the products and services

· Represent the company in a professional way

Qualifications:

· University degree in Finance or related field

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in an FX Sales position within a brokerage or bank

· Deep understanding and experience with financial products such as FX, CFD's, Commodities, Shares, Indices, etc.

· Experience with retail/HNWI clients and institutional clients.

· Sales-driven, and ambitious professional with a positive attitude.

· Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills

· Languages: Arabic and English (mandatory)

· Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

· Must be a UAE Resident
