• Facilitate, solve, interact and provide a high level of customer service that would exceed customer expectations as well as meeting the departmental goals.
  • Update job cards for each customer through JDE systems once part became available along with notify technical team.
  • Regular administration to offered tools and equipment to customer via regular inspection and auditing
  • Spare part order and follow up on shipment until receive in service center
  • Administrate sub inventory management at service vehicle includes safety stock supply
  • Support service manager with any required part moving reports and require part for reaching target KPI
  • Coordination with sales team about new line products in order to prepared with advance stock to serve customer once required
  • Follow stander deviation of spare part WH sorting and cleaning
  • Coordinate with tracking team and part leader for any pending service order due to shortage
  • Part local purchase sourcing and supply
  • Utilize JDE system for offering spare part to technician and assure audit technician sub-store on regular base
