About the Role

As a part of the Gen Z 2025 cohort, you’ll:

You will be working with Zain’s Digital Factory and reporting to Zain Group. Throughout the year you will be provided with certifications encompassing both soft and technical skills ensuring you are fully equipped to excel in your career. You will also get the chance to travel and benefit from exclusive and innovative opportunities. The program will include the ability to work with various departments across the organization and the region as you work on projects delivering innovative solutions. As a Gen Z you will be provided with constant guidance and support from leading experts across various industries.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Working closely with a team of like-minded youth.
• Developing solutions to real-world problems.
• Effectively manage and deliver multiple high-quality projects simultaneously
• Complete training tailored to your development.

What We Need from You:

• You will undergo an intensive assessment and will complete a psychometric profile prior to being shortlisted for final interview. Availability to attend the assessment is mandatory.
• Must be a Kuwaiti National
• Ability to travel
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Recent graduate (Age 25 and below)
• Possess either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
