Job Responsibilities


•Welcomes customers and ushers them to the lounge area

•Pre-qualifies customers and collects their data (name, mobile, email address, vehicle of interest …) and register in reports

•Direct customers to the appropriate sales consultant based on rotation order

•Responsible of the showroom checklist including and not limited to cleanliness and tidiness of showroom, lounges, car display, specification stands, catalogues, merchandise items …

•BDC: follow up on non-showed up appointments, reschedule and reassign to the appropriate sales consultant

•Responsible for filling and sharing daily showroom reports

Candidate Requirements

•Must be able to speak and write Arabic and English

•Must be self-motivated, dedicated and able to handle demanding customers

•Prioritize customer satisfaction

•Pleasant personality

•Presentable and professional

•Able to work on computer (word, excel, internet etc…)

•College graduate or high school diploma with good command of English

•Team player and punctual

•Willing to work two shifts or straight shift based on business demands
