Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct fitness assessments to understand clients' needs and fitness levels.
· Design and implement personalized workout programs tailored to individual goals.
· Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a motivating and safe environment.
· Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as necessary to maximize results.
· Provide nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching to enhance overall wellness.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness equipment and facilities.
Skills
Candidate Profile:
· Requirement open for Bilingual Candidates
· Required females aged 25-40 years
· Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
· Must have Bachelors in Physical education
· Training in CPR & First Aid is a must
