Job Scope:
The Fashion Advisor is responsible in contributing to the store sales by providing a remarkable and memorable service to all clients and maintain merchandising standards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Promote high customer service standards throughout the shopping experience
- Attend to customer needs
- Actively seek inputs from customers and efficiently address complaints to reinforce service standards
- Gather information and organize records on customer preferences and buying behavior and provide proper feedback and tendencies.
- Update clients on upcoming events
- Provide support in VIP events and ensure proper follow up with clients as needed
- Inform clients about policies policies and procedures to ensure transparency; including and not limited to refund and exchange policies
Sales & POS
- Meet and maximize cross selling & up selling sales targets
- Adhere to the standards of operations
- Support the manager in achieving the Boutique’s goal
- Ensure security procedures for merchandise are observed at all stages in the sales process
- Ensure a proper replenishment of merchandise, display and visual merchandising standards to maintain the brand’s image
- Process accurately and efficiently cash register operations from opening to close and protect company assets
- Support in efficient cost allocation by optimally using Boutique products and not exceeding availability
Position Requirements
- Education Background: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six to eight years of experience in the high‐end retail fashion industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English)
- High customer centricity
- Team oriented with proper conflict management skills
