About the Role:
This role oversees IT operations, including application management, infrastructure, and IT support. Leads a team of IT professionals, collaborate with other departments to address technology needs, manage budgets, develop IT policies, and ensure compliance with security and industry regulations. This role ensures the organization's technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and supports business goals.
About You:
Candidates should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 -12 years’ experience in the related field, preferable within the industry in which the organization operations
- Experience in managing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT budgets and controlling costs.
- Previous experience in leading and developing IT teams, with strong skills in people management and conflict resolution.
- Experience in capturing, organizing, and managing critical organizational knowledge and defining related processes.
- Ability to identify and implement technology solutions that align with business needs and drive innovation.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to IT and technology management.
