What You Will Do
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property by enforcing hotel and departmental policies.
- Promote safety awareness and conduct training to minimize accidents and losses.
- Respond to emergencies, assist in the Fire Command Center, and manage safety systems and procedures.
- Patrol the hotel, addressing safety, security, and fire hazards, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Handle Operations Center duties, including monitoring alarms, phones, and CCTV, as well as controlling access.
- Prepare and maintain incident reports, conduct investigations, and support Worker’s Compensation and liability processes.
- Liaise with law enforcement and other agencies as needed.
- Provide basic security services, including key control, guestroom lock issues, and emergency response.
- Actively participate in developing and implementing the hotel's fire and emergency preparedness plans.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while delivering personalized service to guests and staff.
What You Bring
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury hotel.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
- Strong investigative skills, including interviewing, crime detection, lead following, and attention to detail.
