Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the recruitment and placement industry. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your ability to identify market trends and client needs will be key in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our recruitment services and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the recruitment or placement industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client needs, and market dynamics.
