Technicial Trainer - Aftersales

  • Analyze training needs to develop/modify training programs with flexible delivery options.
  • Review and update all training programs, training materials and assessments.
  • Provides orientation and training on new course materials.
  • Monitor training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for

company and regulatory compliance.

  • Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions

for improvements.

  • Actively coordinate Local & National skills contests and train the participants to achieve high recognition at

regional and international level contests.

  • Ensure all mandatory trainings are conducted on time and effectively as per principles’ KPIs.
  • Prepare reports on all training activities on a regular basis.
