We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator & Designer who will be responsible for handling our social media accounts and creating visually appealing designs to enhance our digital presence. This role requires someone with a strong visual aesthetic and the ability to engage with our online community effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create graphics for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials that reflect our brand identity.
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting and responding to followers to foster a vibrant online community.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends and engage with users to ensure high levels of community involvement without strategic planning responsibilities.
• Use tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to develop content that visually communicates our brand's messages.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to synchronize design themes across various digital platforms.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, and consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

Skills

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, and their requirements for visual content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Good communication skills for interacting with followers and team members.
• Relevant education or training in graphic design, media, communication, or a related field.
