Job Description:
Provide Training and Support Services for Autodesk MEP Products (Revit, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Electrical, Autodesk MEP Fabrication Products)
- Taking Customer facing presentations, Seminar, Webinars and Product Demonstrations.
- Taking lead in providing support services and troubleshooting related to Autodesk Products
- Resolve customer issues reported on Autodesk Products via phone, web, online forums and other channels.
- Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on the progress
