Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure individual and team success.
  2. Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies, forecasting sales volumes and profit margins.
  6. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
  8. Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and customer service.

  1. Prior experience in a sales supervisory role.

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.

  10. Fluency in English and Arabic.
