Job Role: Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the infrastructure within the banking organization. They will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of VMware tools, including Vsphere and Vrealize, operation manager , Verizon , infrastructure automations and provisioning , Horizons and VDI . The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in infrastructure architecture, with extensive experience in net app, firewalls, storage, host management, virtualization, and hyper visor technologies. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the overall infrastructure within the banking organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement VMware tools, including Vsphere and Vrealize, as well as operation manager, in alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop and implement scalable infrastructure architecture solutions to meet the evolving needs of the banking organization.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical applications.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure firewall configurations are properly implemented and maintained.
• Manage storage solutions, including net app, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Administer and maintain host systems, ensuring efficient utilization and effective resource management.
• Linux & windows administration with experience in LDAP , Exchange , office365 is a plus
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies to consolidate infrastructure, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the banking infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in banking systems administration or a similar role within the financial industry.
• Deep understanding and expertise in infrastructure architecture, including experience designing and implementing scalable systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with VMware tools, including Vsphere and Vrealize, as well as operation manager.
• Proficiency in managing net app, firewalls, storage, host management, virtualization, and hyper visor technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and security principles within a banking environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
