Sales Activities

  • Handle the day-to-day sales activities in the showroom, ensure that sales targets are met and adhere to the highest standards in delivering quality services to customers.
  • Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, the services provided are quick and efficient.
  • Ensure that all products and displays are effectively visible to customers and ensure brochures / models / demos are available and clear for customers’ convenience in case of products that are large in size, to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels and availability of products through either automatic replenishment or through manual orders placement in line with showroom’s management guidelines and sales plans.
  • Receive products and allocate them in their designated display area in a timely manner.
  • Handle all activities related to showroom’s displays including shelves, stands, etc. and ensure the showroom display meets ORP’s merchandising guideline.
  • Adhere to ORP’s showroom guidelines by maintaining showroom cleanliness & order, ensuring timely maintenance of the showroom and reporting suspicious activities like shoplifting and aggressive customers to the superior.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities including sales, revenues, promotions, special events, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
  • Maintain personal hygiene always.
