1.   Install HVAC equipment and carry out installation works on site to meet the time plan as per the company requirements.

2.  Plan schedule the team’s work assignments and ensure proper.

3.  Allocation of labor for optimum performance and productivity.

4.  Supervise the assistant foremen and the teams as per respective job descriptions.

5.  Coordinate with Engineers and provide them the status of work without delay and ensure that all work orders are completed within time.

6.  verify and ensure HVAC designs and requirements as per the project

7.  Evaluate and approve completed work assignments.

8.  Monitor work in progress to ensure completion within allotted time and quality standards.

9.  Monitor and control the consumable items, service tools and spare parts consumption.

10.Provide safety instructions to his team and workers and ensure that they follow safety rules and regulations.

11.Ensure that all Safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are provided to his team and workers and they wear these PPE during doing their work in the site.

12. Perform any other duties as assigned.
