Outside Sales Specialist

A Software Sales Specialist is a professional responsible for selling software products and solutions to businesses or individuals. Their primary focus is on understanding customer needs, promoting software features and benefits, and closing deals. Main Responsibilities: Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the software products or solutions they are selling.
  • Stay updated on product updates, features, and industry trends.
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
  • Analyze competitor products and strategies to position the software effectively.
Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor software solutions to meet their specific needs.
Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of the software to potential customers.
Sales Negotiation:
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Address customer concerns and objections to facilitate successful sales.
Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide support during the sales process.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create sales collateral and promotional materials.
Pipeline Management:
  • Manage and update sales pipelines, keeping track of leads and opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Training and Education:
  • Educate customers on the implementation and usage of the software.
  • Provide training sessions to clients as needed.
Customer Feedback:
  • Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to product development teams.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidates' Education and Experience 1- A Bachelors Degree in (Computer Science - Information Systems - Information Technology) 2- One to Three (1-3) years of experience in Sales (outside sales) preferred in selling software solutions products 3- Fluent Arabic and English speaker is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr
