Responsibilities: ● Manage graphic designers creatively and give them creative directions. ● Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the content team. ● Producing sketches, storyboards, art layouts by developing art concepts and providing work direction to staff. ● Study design briefs and determine requirements. ● Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines. ● Own the development of compelling content that drives high engagement. ● Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations. ● Collaborate with team members in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. ● Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team to implement. ● Responsible for creating and managing the content of Bowaba social media accounts like (Bowaba's instagram, Bowaba's Facebook, Bowaba's Linkedin, Bowaba's Youtube) and website ● Responsible for creating and managing the brand guidelines of Bowaba. ● Develop illustrations, logos and other designs. ● Make sure designs are amended after feedback. ● Ensure any final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meets high-quality standards. ● Do graphic design tasks whenever needed. ● Perform other duties as necessary or required. Requirements: ● 3 - 5 years proven graphic designing experience . ● A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. ● Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects). ● A keen eye for aesthetics and details. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. ● Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus. ● More advanced video editing skills is a plus. ● Arabic and English speaker is a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
