Business Development and Marketing Executive ( Local Citizen is preferred )

The Business Development and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth through strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. - Analyze consumer behavior and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making. 2. Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. 3. Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement comprehensive business development and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals. - Identify key target markets and create strategies to penetrate and expand market share. 4. Marketing Campaigns: - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote products/services. - Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, to reach target audiences. 5. Brand Management: - Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels. - Develop and maintain a positive brand image in the market. 6. Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty. - Gather client feedback to improve products/services and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Sales Support: - Provide sales teams with marketing collateral, tools, and support to facilitate the sales process. - Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences.   • Local Citizen is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology or relevant field.
  • Min of 5 years of Experience in the same field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to network
