Sales Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Hawali, Kuwait. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support to our customers. You will work closely with our sales team to identify customer needs, deliver technical presentations, and provide solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop sales strategies.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical presentations to customers.
  3. Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process.
  4. Prepare and deliver proposals, including technical specifications and pricing.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  6. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide effective technical solutions to customers.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product improvements and enhancements.
  10. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales engineering or a similar technical sales role.
  3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of our products and services.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  7. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office .
  10. Willingness to travel as required.
