Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Estimation Engineer located in Kuwait City. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible to analyze research data, reviews project deliverables, develop materials cost estimates, manage current and previous estimations, provide technical support and other day-to-day estimation works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in contracting or engineering industry
• Proven knowledge in tendering, cost estimations
• Strong negotiation and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Should have Kuwait valid residency

• Extensive knowledge of industry-specific cost factors, materials, labor rates, and market trends to develop precise cost models that support informed decision-making during project planning and execution.
• In-depth familiarity with industry-tailored cost influencers, materials, labor pricing, and market tendencies, enabling the creation of meticulous cost frameworks that underpin well-informed choices throughout project conception and implementation.
• Competent at using advanced cost estimation techniques and software solutions to precisely gauge project expenditures and present detailed cost structures for engineering ventures.
• Comprehensive grasp of cost components unique to the industry, materials, labor valuations, and market fluctuations, culminating in the construction of exact cost paradigms pivotal for enlightened decision-making in both project strategizing and implementation.
• Thorough approach to undertaking comprehensive cost risk evaluations, identifying potential deviations, and crafting contingency measures to minimize financial uncertainties, all while maintaining strict adherence to quality regulations and project deadlines.
• Proficient at harnessing advanced cost estimation approaches and software applications to accurately appraise project outlays and furnish comprehensive cost breakdowns for engineering initiatives.
