•  Filing and submit applications for products requiring Ministry of Health approval and registration.
• Working closely with brand teams to ensure appropriate stock and delivery.
• Handles a range of complex and diverse activities including shipping, freight, warehouse operations, customs clearance (in-bound and out-bound), compliance and project management.
• Handle the communications with the suppliers to gather and review the registration documents in accordance with the authorities’ guidelines and regulations.
• Prepare, coordinate, and review regulatory dossiers, samples for submissions.
• Create and maintain accurate files, reports, trackers, and registration dossiers for registration purposes and archiving. Validate data to ensure accuracy and maintain data in our systems of record.
• Review and work discrepancy reports to ensure consistent data within our systems
•   Prepare Complete product information file (PIF) including Safety Assessment and label review.
•  Description of the cosmetic product.
•  Product safety report.
•  Manufacturing methods and declaration of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
•  Proof of the claimed effect.

Skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.
• At least 2 years' experience in a logistics, supply chain or warehouse environment.
• Previous experience in regulatory affairs.
• Should be skillful in data entry and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel & PowerPoint and able to utilize advanced functions.
• Experience in assuring product compliance with regulatory requirements, and knowledge of product development and manufacturing.
• Experience in a program management, product management, risk management, analytics, or business intelligence role.
