Service Advisors:
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, advising customers on the best service options for their vehicles, and ensuring that all work is done according to the highest standards. You will also be expected to maintain a good relationship with the workshop team, follow up on customer feedback, and handle any complaints or issues professionally.
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or a similar role in premium brands
- A bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude
- Very good English
- A valid driving license
