Technical Talent Acquisition Lead

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Lead at Mashura Consultants, you will play a critical role in leading recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and retain top talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract Technical qualified professionals across various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.
  • Lead and provide guidance in full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and industry partners to support talent acquisition initiatives and pipeline development.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to onboard new hires effectively, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience for new employees.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment, implementing changes and improvements as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment.Strong hands-on experience in multiple Technical/IT disciplinesStrong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition tools and technologies.Experience in leading and managing recruitment teams or projects, demonstrating strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software tools.
