General Accountant:

• Prepare/assist in preparing quarterly financial statements (OE – CF – IC – BS).
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting for both local and group “quarterly).
• Review and reconcile all subsidiary ledgers.
• review and oversee the timely posting of journal entries and ensure they are accurate and in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with the support function department to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial reporting.
• Entering financial data such as (accruals, deferrals, reclassification, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger daily as well as preparing reports.
• Handling and reviewing taxation affairs with the taxation team.
• Review inter-companies cost allocation and quarterly balance confirmation.
• Provide external auditors with required analysis and supporting documents.

Financial Auditor:

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of financial statements, internal controls, and accounting processes to identify potential risks, errors, or inefficiencies
• Review and evaluate financial information to ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and regulations
• Develop and implement audit procedures and plans to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit process
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, conclusions, and recommendations for remedial actions
• Identify and assess risks to help develop strategies for risk mitigation and internal control enhancement
• Educate and train staff on audit processes, best practices, and compliance measures
