Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll and Personnel Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of payroll administration, personnel records, and coordinating with insurance offices and labor authorities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Process payroll accurately and timely using designated software or systems.
  • Calculate deductions, overtime, and other adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll discrepancies.

Personnel Records Management:

  • Interface with social insurance offices to apply and manage forms 1, 2, and 6 for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, vacation credits, and personal details.
  • Track and monitor leave requests, ensuring proper documentation and approval procedures are followed.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.

Liaison with Insurance Offices:

  • Monitor insurance coverage and consumption, ensuring timely renewals and adjustments as needed.
  • Address any technical complaints or concerns related to medical insurance benefits.

Coordination with Labor Offices:

  • Communicate with labor authorities regarding legal requirements and compliance matters.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure company adherence.

 


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Proven experience in payroll administration, personnel management, or related roles.Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
