Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.


Proficiently use office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant applications.

Maintain and update filing systems and databases.

Assist in the integration and utilization of new technologies to improve office efficiency.


Serve as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

Draft and proofread correspondence and documents with attention to grammar, punctuation, and formatting.

Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.


Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures.

Skills

  • Must be Bilingual (English and Arabic)
  • Fluent in portraying an exemplary command of communication skills to exchange accurate information effectively.
  • Proficient in maintaining good relations with all the employees ranging from top management to ground workers.
  • Thorough knowledge of Office tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant organizational software.
  • Patient, supportive and team worker
  • Must be well versed with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Adept at managing several tasks in a prescribed timeframe using strategic methods and a well-defined timetable.
