Regional Brand Manager

Regional Brand Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Brand Manager to join our team. As a Regional Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing brand strategies across multiple markets and regions. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brand campaigns, drive brand awareness, and ensure brand consistency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in brand management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement brand strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market share in assigned regions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and social media.
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify brand opportunities and threats.
  4. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  5. Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify target audience and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  6. Manage and monitor brand budgets and expenses.
  7. Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams in implementing brand strategies.
  8. Track and report on key brand metrics and performance indicators.
  9. Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute brand initiatives.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management in beauty skin care makeup or related fields.
  2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  7. Ability to think strategically and drive results.
  8. Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is a must.
  9. Proficient in market research and analysis.
