HR Administrator, HR Specialist, Human Resources

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  2. Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  4. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  6. Handle employee inquiries and provide resolutions to HR-related issues.
  7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  8. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  9. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  8. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  9. Knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
  10. Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding.
