Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of detergent and cleaning products manufacturing operations.

• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing resource utilization.

• Monitor and maintain quality control standards to meet or exceed industry regulations and customer expectations.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, procurement, and supply chain to support new product development and production scale-up.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.

• Manage production budgets, control costs, and drive profitability through effective resource management.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in a production management role within the chemical manufacturing industry, with specific expertise in detergents and cleaning products highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology used in detergent production.

• Familiarity with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.

• Results-oriented with a track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
