JOB PROFILE


Approach target clients within the assigned territory to promote the company’s products and services according to the company’s sales strategy. Implementing agreed-upon selling techniques to meet company objectives. Retaining and enhancing business with existing customers by ensuring implementation of the company’s customer service and after-sales service programs.

 

ROLE 



Conduct technical-sales presentations to target customers and seize opportunities for offering company’s products and services.

Collect all necessary information to evaluate the target customers’ requirements, including application technical information, current challenges facing the customer, current supplier from competition and customer’s financial situation.

Positively contribute to the preparation of attractive offers for target customers to cover their requirements.

Close sales deals successfully through effective negotiation and close follow-up to translate customers’ inquiries into purchase orders.

Conducting periodic solo visits to existing customers and ensuring optimum customer service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and exploring opportunities to expand the business.

Promptly and accurately conveying customer complaints to the company for investigation and taking the necessary action.

Closely follow up on customers’ payment and collection activities to ensure prompt customer payment and reduce the company’s credit amounts.

Provides up-to-date market information such as competition information (products, prices, services, new technology, etc…), new business opportunities, threats to an existing company’s business, etc.

Liaise with other company functional departments to ensure flawless customer service, order processing, and execution that leads to optimum customer satisfaction.

Submitting a weekly schedule of customer visits to the Division Manager or Sales Director.

Documenting and maintaining technical databases.

Maintain a customer database and update the file.

Identifying new prospects in the Industrial (Oil, Gas, and marine) Sector.

Maintain MSDS, TDS, and Lube Comparison / Equivalent database where needed.


Skills

REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor Science degree: Mechanical / Chemical Engineering / Management.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales related experience in lubricants products.

Good knowledge of Kuwait lubricants market. 

Fluent in at least one of the two languages: Arabic or English. English writing, reading and speaking standards must be good.

Transferable visa; Kuwait based. 

Has a valid Kuwait driver’s license and private car. 

Strong Sales skills.
