Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Monitoring, review and analyzing time program and estimation costs of design and construction projects.
• Cooperating and following up with team to help them meet budgeting goals/timeline.
• Preparing reports for project status/ details/delay/critical activities.
• Verify and review payments, invoices, claims, etc.
• Review and verify weekly and monthly construction reports.
• Prepare progress weekly reports.
• Prepare team progress reports.
• Developing and adjusting project estimation cost.
• Coordinate with team to find opportunities to reduce expenses.
• Evaluation project after completion and prepare comparison with further projects.
• Following up with vendors/suppliers to negotiate material cost.
• Governmental approvals controls.
• Prepare official letters.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2 - 3 Years of Experience
Good communication skills
