For our expansion in ACG Kuwait's Office We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in the management consulting & training industry. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our organization through identifying and capturing new business opportunities. Your strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and strategic mindset will be vital in our quest to expand our client base and increase revenue. In this role, you will work closely with the operations and marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies. You will conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends and build relationships with key stakeholders to uncover new business opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to develop compelling proposals and deliver outstanding presentations that clearly communicate our value proposition. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through extensive market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain sales funnels for different sales channels (B2B, B2G, B2C)
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, showcasing our industry expertise and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Attend relevant corporate / government & development events and conferences representing ACG in Kuwait.
Requirements
  • MUST be a Resident in Kuwait for a minimum of 3 years.
  • MUST be a Native Speaker of ARABIC and Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales and familiarity with B2B Sales tools
  • Experience in Sales Automation.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
