Job Description Debenhams is a leading department store from the UK carrying a full range of cosmetics, womenswear, lingerie, accessories, menswear, childrenswear and home. The store offers a unique combination of exclusive designer brands, international brands and Debenhams' own collectionYou will work with and through the store teams to deliver effective and commercial visual standards, including store layouts and window displays, thereby contributing to the achievement of the brand sales targets. In addition you will train, coach and develop visual and store staff on the brand's visual standards and delivery.
