  • Assist in developing and maintaining effective compliance program and practices.
  • Provide support as instructed by the manager in the continuous compliance in respect of the reporting and regulatory requirements of the concerned regulators and institutions, including but not limited to CMA,Boursa and MOCI.
  • Create detailed periodic reports.
  • Assist in the organization of AGMs & EGMs.
  • Assist in the announcement of financial results to Boursa and CMA.
  • Review/update policies and procedures.
  • Implement corporate governance requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors whenever required.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and archival.

Skills

  1. Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
  2. Familiarity with risk management principles
  3. Experience with compliance software and tools.
  4. Understanding of data privacy and protection regulations
  5. Good Knowlege of CMA, Boursa and MOCI.
