HR Manager

Reports to :General Manager Key Responsibilities: ·Manage the recruitment/staffing process for all vacant positions (technical and non technical) which includes identifying sources of candidates, advertising, screening, short-listing, and hiring. ·Develop and implement human resource systems, processes and procedures ·Plan, organize, and control all activities of the HR unit ·Review and write job descriptions as needed ·Processes Compensation and Benefit transactions via the HRIS software as needed, namely but not limited to: paid/unpaid leaves, vacations, resignations, salary increases, payroll…etc. ·Audits and ensures abidance of processes to Kuwaiti Labor Law requirements ·Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures ·Prepares and updates employees’ handbooks regarding company’s policies and procedures ·Establishes, maintains and continuously updates department records, files and reports ·Develops organizational charts and employee directory ·Ensures full confidentiality of records, information, and data on a business and operational levels

  • ·Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Skills ·Requirement open for Arab Nationals ·Experience up to 10 years in similar position ·Bachelor' or Master's Degree in relevant field
  • ·Fluent in Arabic & English
