Field Manager - Food and Beverage

We are looking for an experienced Field Manager in the Food and Beverage industry to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple food and beverage outlets in various locations. You will ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently, meeting quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple food and beverage outlets.
  2. Ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently, meeting quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of each outlet.
  6. Manage and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to develop and implement initiatives to drive business growth.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple food and beverage outlets.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  8. Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  10. Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
