Senior Risk Officer

As a Senior Risk Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the risk management process within our organization. You will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the stability and success of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an effective risk management framework and strategy for the organization.
  2. Identify and assess potential risks across various departments and business functions.
  3. Conduct thorough risk analysis and evaluations to determine the potential impact and likelihood of risks.
  4. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
  5. Monitor and review risk management activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  6. Provide guidance and support to departmental managers and staff on risk management best practices.
  7. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify any new or emerging risks.
  8. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk management activities and findings for senior management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to risk management.
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk management training programs for employees.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  2. Proven working experience in Manufacturing & construction industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Proficient in risk assessment and mitigation tools and software.
  9. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  10. Professional certifications in risk management or related fields are preferred.
