A leading company in the oil and gas field is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a General Manager with specialized expertise in the oil & gas field. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with prestigious organizations such as KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, and MEW, along with a proven track record in equipment and spare parts sales, as well as international supplier management.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of our operations within the oil & gas sector, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business performance and drive growth in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, and MEW, while identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve operational excellence and exceed customer expectations.
- Drive sales initiatives for equipment and spare parts, leveraging market insights and industry trends to capitalize on new opportunities and enhance revenue streams.
- Oversee international supplier management activities, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations, to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability of supplies.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on equipment sales
- Proven track record of success in working with KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, and MEW, demonstrating deep understanding and knowledge of their operations and requirements.
- Strong background in equipment and spare parts sales, with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, regulations, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
