A leading company in the oil and gas field is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a General Manager with specialized expertise in the oil & gas field. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with prestigious organizations such as KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, and MEW, along with a proven track record in equipment and spare parts sales, as well as international supplier management.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of our operations within the oil & gas sector, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize business performance and drive growth in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, and MEW, while identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve operational excellence and exceed customer expectations.
• Drive sales initiatives for equipment and spare parts, leveraging market insights and industry trends to capitalize on new opportunities and enhance revenue streams.
• Oversee international supplier management activities, including negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations, to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability of supplies.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on equipment sales
2. Proven track record of success in working with KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, and MEW, demonstrating deep understanding and knowledge of their operations and requirements.
3. Strong background in equipment and spare parts sales, with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6. Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, regulations, and market trends.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
9. Willingness to travel as needed.
