Executive Assistant To CEO

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior executives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  2. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings
  3. Maintain and update confidential files, records, and databases
  4. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for the CEO
  5. Assist with the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
  6. Conduct research and compile information for special projects and initiatives
  7. Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices for the CEO
  8. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders


Preferred Candidate:

  1. Fluent in English and Arabic
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and higher
  3. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  9. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  10. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  11. Professional and polished demeanor
