The Person


  • Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sales system/cash register.


  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.


  • Ability to deal with all levels of employees, and all situations with customers.


  • Strong analytical/decision making skills.


  • Demonstrate achievement in staff selection and in coaching/development.


  • Leads through influence, persuasion, and effective communication.


  • Knowledge of Health and Safety, Security, Stock, Inventory Management, and Cash procedures.



Skills

The Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of operational management experience in fast casual operations
