Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute campaigns that align with our company's goals and target audience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization.
  2. Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  3. Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns' performance using various analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve results.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content writers, and web developers, to create and publish high-quality content that aligns with our brand.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain effective.
  7. Manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and user experience.
  8. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.
  9. Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments to maintain a positive brand image.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization.
  3. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Experience in the Middle East market is a plus.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
