Location:  Shuwaikh Industrial, Al Asimah Governate, Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in IT project management, specifically with Microsoft AX Dynamics implementation experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English language and communication skills, along with a strong personality to effectively lead and manage project teams. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeline, and quality constraints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Allocate resources, track progress, and manage project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare and present project reports, including project status, risks, and recommendations, to senior management.

Skills

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Microsoft AX Dynamics implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputed university or Western/American college in a relevant field.
• Certifications in IT project management or related areas from reputed institutes (PMP)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing project requirements.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
• Previous/current experience in the GCC is required
