الوصف الوظيفي: نبحث عن متخصص في تكنولوجيا المعلومات للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. ستتضمن مسؤولياتك تقديم الدعم الفني وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالشبكات والبرمجيات والأجهزة، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ وصيانة نظم المعلومات المختلفة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تقديم الدعم الفني للمستخدمين الداخليين والخارجيين.
• تثبيت وتحديث وصيانة البرمجيات والأجهزة.
• إدارة الشبكات المحلية (LAN) والشبكات الواسعة (WAN).
• ضمان أمان البيانات وحمايتها من التهديدات الأمنية.
• تقديم الاستشارات في اختيار وتطوير حلول تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
• إجراء فحوصات دورية للتأكد من أداء النظام والكفاءة.
• التعامل مع مشكلات البرامج والأجهزة وحلها في الوقت المناسب.
• إجراء التدريب على استخدام الأنظمة والبرمجيات للأفراد أو الفرق.
• العمل مع فرق تقنية أخرى لتطوير وتنفيذ حلول جديدة لتحسين الكفاءة والأداء.
• وادارة  العمل على سيرفرات

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن [5] سنوات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
• معرفة عميقة بأنظمة التشغيل مثل Windows، Linux أو Mac OS.
• مهارات في إدارة الشبكات، وأمن المعلومات، وحلول البرمجيات.
• قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وحل المشكلات بسرعة.
• مهارات تواصل جيدة مع القدرة على التعامل مع المستخدمين من خلفيات متنوعة.

• Description: We are looking for an Information Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to networks, software and hardware, as well as implementing and maintaining various information systems.

• Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to internal and external users.
• Install, update and maintain software and hardware.
• Manage local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
• Ensure data security and protection from security threats.
• Provide advice in selecting and developing IT solutions.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure system performance and efficiency.
• Deal with software and hardware issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Conduct training on the use of systems and software for individuals or teams.
• Work with other technical teams to develop and implement new solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
• Manage work on servers
• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related major.
• A minimum of [5] years of experience in the field of Information Technology.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Linux or Mac OS.
• Skills in network administration, information security, and software solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Good communication skills with the ability to deal with users from diverse backgrounds.
• Dealing with servers and uploading websites to Windows server and Linux server
