We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Salesman, your main responsibility will be to generate sales and meet monthly targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:

  1. Generate sales by actively promoting and selling products to potential clients.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and cold calling.
  4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Salesman or similar sales role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  7. Good knowledge of the local market and competitors.
  8. Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
