Team Size: Manage 2 staff (Purchasing Supervisor & Purchasing Coordinator)
Job Summary: The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's objectives and budget
· Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships
· Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best value for money
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
· Manage inventory levels and minimize stock outs through effective demand planning
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
· Track and analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
· Lead and develop a team of purchasing professionals, providing guidance and support
· Stay updated with market trends, new products, and technologies in the food and beverage industry
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement
· Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier management

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
