Job Purpose:

The Beauty Advisor will be pivotal in driving sales, maintaining brand representation, and enhancing customer satisfaction. she will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers while achieving sales targets and adhering to established business procedures.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for volume, revenue, and sales returns.
  • Utilize available space effectively to enhance the visibility and share of the brand's products.
  • Engage with customers to promote and sell [Beesline's & products], highlighting their features, benefits, and advantages over competitors.
  • Adhere to assigned duty schedules as directed by the manager.
  • Follow the assigned route plan and break timings to ensure seamless service.
  • Willingness to work on holidays as required, with possible compensation.
  • Implement First In First Out (FIFO) method to ensure product freshness.
  • Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays in both primary and secondary areas.
  • Seek permission from supervisors and managers to optimize display sizes and shelf heights, even utilizing competitor's space if appropriate.
  • Keep display spaces, products, and surroundings clean and orderly.
  • Wear the provided uniform during duty hours.
  • Accurately record daily sell-out data in the shared Google sheet provided by the manager.
  • Keep the direct manager informed about competitor activities, pricing changes, promotions, and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure [Beesline's products] are properly stocked, readily available for display, and none are out of stock.
  • Monitor rental and non-rental displays to ensure they are fully occupied with [Beesline's products] only.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to coordinate outlet orders and optimize productivity.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with team members and superiors.
  • Represent GTRC positively by maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor with customers and consumers.
  • Utilize company stands and displays exclusively for Beesline and avoid competitor items.
  • Foster positive relationships within the organization and the market.
  • Uphold GTRC's values and ethos while interacting with customers.
  • Understand and adhere to all business procedures and guidelines.
  • Acknowledge that non-compliance may result in disciplinary action as per company policy.
