We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Kuwait. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic insights and recommendations to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and create financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, highlighting areas of concern and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning purposes.
- Assist in the development of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Participate in financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive recommendations.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, financial statements, and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
