As an Export Sales Executive for lubricants products, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our regional and international growth. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and exceeding export sales targets, all while contributing to the company's vision for expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify, target and manage relationships with export agents and high-potential international B2B and B2C markets.

Build your network: Source new leads through online platforms, trade events, research, and targeted outreach.

Sales: Communicating with existing agents and targeting the leads generated to develop international sales for our brands.

Negotiation: Secure lucrative contracts and agreements with overseas clients and distributors.

Strategize for success: Create and execute a data-driven sales plan to achieve export targets and expand our commercial reach.

Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities particularly in niche markets.

Ensure impeccable customer service: Ensure timely deliveries for orders, address customer concerns, work closely with marketing, and other teams to ensure we are supporting our clients.

Analyze and report: Provide insightful reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.



Skills

Qualifications:


Academic foundation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.

Proven track record: 5+ years significant experience in export sales, preferably within the lubricants sector.

Technical edge: Knowledge of lubricants or lubrication systems is a valuable asset.

Results-oriented: Demonstrate a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.

Master negotiator: Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Communication: Possess excellent communication skills in English, with Arabic language capabilities being a key added benefit.

Trade savvy: Understand export regulations and shipping procedures.
