Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Analyst with 5

years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will

play a key role in driving financial analysis, due diligence, providing strategic

recommendations, and contributing to the overall success of our international

investment initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:

 Stay abreast of global economic trends, financial markets, and industry-

specific developments to provide timely insights.

 Analyze and interpret market data to support investment decision-making.

2. Financial Modeling and Analysis:

 Maintain complex financial models to assess and evaluate investment

opportunities and their underlying risks, forecast financial performance

and conduct scenario analysis.

 Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential investments.

3. Investment Due Diligence:

 Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investment

opportunities, including reviewing financial statements, legal documents,

and industry reports.

 Collaborate with investment partners and deal providers to source

investment opportunities, assess the viability and risks associated with

each investment.

4. Risk Management:

 Identify and assess potential financial risks associated with investments

and recommend strategies to mitigate risks.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

 CFA qualified or enrolled for level III exam.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial analyst in international

investment or related fields.

 Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and investment valuation

techniques.

 Understanding of global financial markets, economic indicators, and geopolitical

factors influencing investments.
